FAQ

  • When will my items be shipped?
    Packages will be shipped within 3 business days. If packages are needed with quicker shipping, please email info@factoryfreshtcg.com.
  • I would like more pictures or a video of a card/item where can I get them?
    Please reach-out to info@factoryfreshtcg.com or @FACTORYFRESHTCG on Instagram with the request mentioning the specific item.
  • Can I pay on a payment plan?
    I would recommend PayPal Pay Later. If you pay within 6 months you get charged no interest and pay a monthly amount.
  • Can I return my items?
    Due to the nature of product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or is not as described, send us an email at info@factoryfreshtcg.com and we will make it right. Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made
  • Where can I find the market value for my cards?
    I would recommend checking TCGPlayer, eBay, Mercari last sold for English cards. CardMarket if you are in the EU. For Japanese and other languages, I would follow a similar process on trusted platforms. You can also use Card Ladder, 100pt to check for comps. Disclaimer: We are not partnered with nor formally endorse any of these companies, though we may sell on those platforms.
  • Can I sell you my cards or collectibles?
    We don’t currently purchase cards or collectibles from customers or private individuals. For wholesalers, marketing opportunities and partnerships please email info@factoryfreshtcg.com with the relevant information. Thanks for reading!
